Find your fit at HIVE! We are more than just a gym... we are a family where YOU take priority. No need to book in to classes as you are an automatic VIP at HIVE. Each class is modified to suit your ability and fitness level. Our contracts are no lock in, no joining fee or cancellation fee. We keep it simple by focusing on YOUR needs.
Terms and Conditions
HIVE PROGRESSIVE FITNESS CABOOLTURE provide small group training sessions, personal training
sessions at our premises and general nutritional advice. We provide these services with trained and experienced staff for the agreed trading hours with the exception of forced closures such as public holidays, government or health directives and major events. In the case of forced closures such as public health directives we will offer daily online workouts via our social media accounts and also an at home personal training program should you require it at no additional cost to you as our unlimited or challenge client. We reserve the right to adjust our fees and trading hours/days at any time.
Membership options: Memberships includes access to all regular group training sessions, inbody scan analysis and free child minding. Platinum memberships include all above and free access to our weight loss challenges . Casual membership includes pay as you go group training sessions. Weight loss challenge memberships are for the agreed duration of the challenge and may have additional and optional inclusions subject to change.
Membership payments: Casual membership payments may be made via eft pos, cash or through our payment platform . Memberships must be paid in advance of training either weekly, fortnightly or monthly. This may incur a transaction fee. If there are insufficient funds you may be charged a default payment fee.
Suspension and Cancellation. HIVE reserves the right to suspend or cancel your membership at any time. You may suspend or cancel your membership at any time. We require a minimum of 48 hours notice which can be given in person, message, call, in writing or email. NOTE If a client is participating in a weight loss challenge then minimum payment period shall be for the duration of that challenge. Cancellation may occur after this time.
Refund Policy: HIVE have a responsibility to supply a service and it is your responsibility to attend. Refunds will not be given if you simply do not attend. Refunds on inbody scan analysis are only given if machine is faulty or scan attempt has failed.
Exercise: All advice is general. If you require specific advice due to injury or illness then this advice should be sought from an Allied Health Professional, we are happy to refer you and work with your chosen AHP to tailor your program to suit your individual needs under their direction. If at any point you require a substitute or modified exercise please inform your trainer and one will be provided for you. If at any point you feel pain please stop the exercise immediately and inform staff. If equipment is faulty or damaged please cease use immediately and inform staff.
Hive Nutrition: All advice is general. If you require specific advice due to any health condition then this advice should be sought from an Allied Health Professional, we are happy to refer you and work with your chosen AHP to tailor or modify your program to suit your individual needs under their direction. Health and fitness results are varied and based on each individual. Weight loss guarantees are not given.
Children: We have a dedicated children’s area for use at all times. You are responsible for your child and please tidy up after use.
